德稻大师李若云生态修复工作室

9月14日下午，德稻集团生态修复工作室李若云大师与上海海洋大学水产与生命学院谭洪新书记、教授分别代表德稻生态修复工作室与上海海洋大学水产与生命学院在上海德稻中心签署合作备忘录。德稻集团副总裁王艳女士出席、见证签约仪式并致辞。德稻集团总裁助理及国际交流部部长文亦飞先生、德稻大师传承（DMH）部副部长闫金丽女士、上海海洋大学水产与生命学院专家、教授等出席并见证签约仪式。

仪式上，德稻生态修复大师李若云教授表达了自己“改变我们对中国水资源的理解，为后代留下一笔持久的财产”的使命，进一步坚定了双方齐心协力改善与修复我国环境现状的决心。李若云教授认为，“教育学生至关重要”，双方将从修复项目咨询与实施、实习生项目、课程开发与培训等方面寻求合作，共同为学生铺设未来职业发展，同时致力于我国的生态教育。

谭洪新书记表示，李若云生态修复工作室（简称“工作室”）与水产与生命学院（简称“学院”）从去年11月第一次见面以来一直保持密切联系。双方怀着为下一代留下更好的生存环境这一信念，在近一年的沟通中相互交流学习，并达成一致，将不断深化合作，将国际上的先进经验技术引入中国，共同推进中国水资源管理、生态修复事业。双方将借“十三五“规划机会，以合作备忘录签订为起点，探索、构建新型合作模式。

德稻集团副总裁王艳女士最后发表致辞，表达了对双方成功签署合作备忘录的祝贺与未来合作的期待。王总表示，双方的合作内容既全面也具有前瞻性，十分期待双方能够维系紧密交流，让合作内容真正落地。最后，王总援引莎士比亚的名言，将双方合作比喻为”最美好的爱是怀着同样的激情奔向一起“，并表达了对双方交流与合作的美好祝愿。

2014年11月12日，德稻李若云教授、李若云生态修复工作室、德稻设计服务公司一行第一次拜访上海海洋大学水产与生命学院，与学院领导、教授会晤。

On Nov.12th, 2014, Prof. Erwin, Studio Erwin of Ecological Restoration, and DeTao Design Service from DeTao Group visited the College of Fisheries and Life Science, and had a meeting with the professors and leaders of the college.

2015年5月26日，水产与生命学院何培民教授、商利新院长、李娟英教授一行参观拜访德稻大楼，与李若云教授会晤。

On May 26th 2015, Prof. He, Prof. Shang, and Prof. Li from the College of Fisheries and Life Science have visited DeTao Shanghai Centre, and had meeting with Prof. Erwin.

2015年7月15日，李若云教授在何培民教授带领下前往南汇参观上海海洋大学水产与生命学院湿地修复项目点。

On July 15th, 2015, Prof. Erwin visited the wetland restoration project site in Nanhui with Prof. He Peimin.

上海海洋大学前身是建于1912年的江苏省立水产学校，2008年经教育部批准更名为上海海洋大学，发展成为一所以海洋、水产、食品等学科为特色和优势，农、理、工、经、文、管、法等学科协调发展的多科性大学。水产与生命学院的前身为江苏省立水产学校于1921年设立的养殖科，经过几代人的共同努力，学院已从单一的养殖科，发展成包括本科、硕士、博士、博士后流动站等多层次，水产养殖学、水生生物学、海洋生物学为主要特色的多学科专业学院。学院建有水产系、生物系、海洋生态与环境系3个系，下设水产养殖、动物科学、水生动物医学、水族与设施、生物科学、海洋生物、生物技术、环境科学、生态与园林9个教研室。

李若云教授是美国生态学会高级认证生态学家，拥有近半个世纪的实际项目经验，于1980年创立Kevin L. Erwin生态咨询公司，任董事长兼首席生态学家，兼任佛罗里达海湾海岸大学客座教授。李若云教授作为德稻生态修复大师，建立自己的工作室，以“结识、教育、指导水资源保护与管理领域的从业者”为使命， 以“改变我们对水资源的理解，为中国的下一代留下一笔持久的宝贵财产”为愿景，助力中国的环保事业。

DeTao Studio Erwin of Ecological Restoration Signs MOU with Shanghai Ocean University

In the afternoon of Sept.14th, 205, Prof. Kevin Erwin, DeTao Master of Ecological Restoration and President and Prof. Tan, on behalf of DeTao Studio Erwin of Ecological Restoration and College of Fisheries and Life Science, Shanghai Ocean University (SHOU) accordingly, have signed the MOU at Shanghai DeTao Centre. The Vice President of DeTao Group Ms. Regina Wang has attended and witnessed the ceremony, and has given a speech at the ceremony. The Assistant to President and the Director of International Communication Department, Mr. Jared Man, and the Associate Director of DeTao Master Heritage Department, Ms. Jenny Yan, and the leaders and experts from the College of Fisheries and Life Science have attended and witnessed the MOU signing.

In the ceremony, Prof. Erwin delivered his mission to help us to “have a fuller understanding of China’s water resource, and to leave a lasting legacy for the future generation”, which has strengthened both parties’ resolution to work together to improve China’s environmental condition. Prof. Erwin said, “working with the students is important”, and that both parties would seek opportunities to collaborate on project implementation, internship programs, course development, and training programs to help the students to develop better career paths and to contribute to China’s ecological education.

President and Prof. Tan said that Studio Erwin of Ecological Restoration (“SE” for short) and the College of Fisheries and Life Science (“the College” for short) have kept close contact after the first meeting in last November. With the same vision of leaving better environment for the next generations, both parties have been communicating and studying from each other, and have reached an agreement that both parties will continue to work together to introduce the advanced experience from other countries to China to promote the water resource management and ecological restoration. Both parties will take the opportunity of the 13th five-year plan, and will start with MOU signing to explore and to establish innovative collaboration paradigm.

Regina Wang, the Vice President of DeTao, has given a conclusion speech and expressed her congratulation for the successful signing of the MOU and her expectation of the two parties’ cooperation. She said the MOU includes a wider range of collaboration activities that are also prospective, and she hopes we can keep the close communication and implement the collaboration activities by actual steps. Taking Shakespeare’s saying to conclude her speech, she said, “the prettiest love happens when two parties come together with the same passion”, just like the studio and the college work together with the same vision. Regina expressed her kind wishes for the future communication and collaboration.

Shanghai Ocean University was formerly Jiangsu Provincial Fisheries School established in 1912. In 2008, it was renamed Shanghai Ocean University. It has developed into a multi-disciplinary university focusing on the coordinated development in agriculture, science, engineering, economics, arts and management with complete disciplines and distinguishing features. Founded in 1923, the College of Fisheries and Life Science is the former Aquaculture Branch of Jiangsu Provincial Fisheries School. It has developed into a multi-disciplinary college with undergraduate and master degree programs and doctoral degree and postdoctoral stations. It has 3 disciplines, namely, Aquaculture, Aquatic Biology and Marine Biology, with 9 subordinate departments including Aquaculture, Zoology Science, Aquatic Animal Medical Science, Aquarium and Facilities, Biological Science, Marine Biology. Biological Technology, Environmental Science, and Ecology and Landscape.
