德稻大师李若云生态修复工作室

2015年9月19日，德稻生态修复大师李若云教授拜访了北京林业大学，与来自自然保护区学院的领导及教授们亲切会谈。双方将共同期待未来在生态修复领域开展合作。

会议上，李若云教授与张明祥教授（自然保护区学院科研副院长）就各自项目及研究进行了交流。双方就入侵物种清除、林火管理技术及生态系统评估等方面进行了深入学术探讨。刘俊国教授对李若云教授观点——“只在实验室做研究是不够的，实践操作在生态修复领域十分必要”表示赞同。李若云教授表示，他希望把自己的知识和经验带到中国，与自然保护区学院的教授和老师们及其他中国同仁合作，为中国的生态环境事业出谋划策、贡献力量。

最后，李若云教授在自然保护区学院博士及研究生的陪同下参观了北京林业大学标本馆，并对该馆馆藏的丰富性及标本质量给予了高度评价。

此行是李若云教授首次拜访北京林业大学，并与自然保护区学院领导及教授会面，但双方一见如故，交谈。通过此次会晤，双方初定将在李若云教授11月访华期间邀请教授举办讲座，并共同探讨下一步合作。

关于北京林业大学：

北京林业大学是教育部直属、教育部与国家林业局共建的全国重点大学。学校办学历史可追溯至1902年的京师大学堂农业科林学目。1952年全国高校院系调整，北京农业大学森林系与河北农学院森林系合并，成立北京林学院。1956年，北京农业大学造园系和清华大学建筑系部分并入学校。1960年被列为全国重点高等院校，1981年成为首批具有博士、硕士学位授予权的高校。1985年更名为北京林业大学。1996年被国家列为首批“211工程”重点建设的高校。

自然保护区学院成立于2004年12月，目前是我国唯一的培养自然保护区建设与管理专门人才的学院。学院始终坚持“教学为本、科研为先、学科立院、人才强院”的办学理念，逐步形成了“实施本科生导师制、具有国际视野、采用董事会管理模式”的办学特色，为我国自然保护区建设与管理、野生动植物保护与利用、湿地保护与管理等领域提供人才支持、科技支撑和社会服务。

On Sept.19th, 2015, Prof. Kevin Erwin, DeTao Master of Ecological Restoration, has visited Beijing Forestry University, and had a meeting with leaders and professors from the School of Nature Conservation (SNC). Both parties look forward to working together on ecological restoration in the near future.

In the meeting, Prof. Erwin and Prof. Zhang Mingxiang (Research Vice Dean of the School of Nature Conservation) have communicated about each party’s projects and research. The two parties had an active discussion about invasive species removing, fire management, and ecosystem assessment. Prof. Liu Junguo shared the same opinion with Prof. Erwin that “only doing lab research is not enough, practice is necessary for ecological restoration”. Prof. Erwin said he would like to bring his knowledge and experience to China, and to work together with his colleagues in China, just like the teachers and professors from SNC, to contribute to China’s ecological environment.

After the meeting, Prof. Erwin has visited Specimen Museum of Beijing Forestry University with doctoral and graduate students from SNC, and spoke highly of the collection variety and quality.

This is Prof. Kevin Erwin’s first meeting with the leaders and professors in SNC, but both parties felt like meeting an old friend. Through this meeting, the two parties agreed to arrange lectures and collaboration meetings during Prof. Kevin Erwin’s next trip.
