Master Studio

Esslinger studio is located on the 4th and 5th floors of DeTao Building in Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts (Songjiang District). Here, each student has enough space to showcase their talents and creativity. In addition, the studio is also designed to be very flexible to fit for different teaching needs in various spaces.

We offer young designers a highly professional environment: new studios, world-class model rooms, and frequent workshops with industry and internationally renowned professionals, to develop our students into elites in this fast-changing and highly complex industry and help to provide comprehensive, user-friendly solutions by integrating all “special” design disciplines related to economics, social balance and sustainability. Students can practice and shape their own ideas.

At present, two sessions of the product design experiment classes have graduated smoothly. Under the guidance of Master Esslinger, the outstanding works of the students have been highly recognized by the school teachers and the industry. Among the student works, there are many applicants who have obtained national patents, and have won many awards at home and abroad. At the same time, we also provide professional training for professional designers and professional managers with graduate level. This training course focuses on industrial and digital design, with particular emphasis on the sustainability of social and ecological environments. We also provide corporate “incubation services” for young entrepreneurs and start-ups.
