Speech Content

Through comparing status quo comprehensively between Denmark and China, Prof. Kolind pointed out: “Danish happiness index is very high because they trust each other, and they trust their government.”  In his opinion, “the actual effective enterprise target is not profit, rather it is to make people smile, when the clients are satisfied, profit will be generated naturally.” Therefore, he raised up a 6P model for enterprise operation: a human oriented enterprise PURPOSE, to promote employee’s PASSION, to attract more PEOPLE, so that to build a PLATFORM, then make more PROGRESS, finally make PROFIT.
