The curriculum offers students, designers and architects with advanced architectural abilities the opportunity to widen their field of expertise in sustainable building.
The course is divided into two levels :
1. For master-level students: two semesters of continuing education
2. For architects, designers and teachers: one year program of conferences and seminars
1. Architectural Master Course
Students will learn how to apply an innovative and interactive design approach, incorporating ecological principles, and cultural and sociological analysis. They will develop innovative and interactive design concepts throughout the course via a project covering everything from initial conception to construction and be trained to work as qualified professionals. They will learn about and become aware of the evolutions of international architecure.

1) Development and analysis of a construction or development program, understanding clients’ needs
2) Prior diagnosis: urban rules and technical, sociological, economic, historical and environmental heritage and vernacular analysis
3) Design studio projects, from initial conception to final execution
4) Collaboration with engineers
5) Technical control of construction coordination, quality control, safety, and green construction
6) Understanding Chinese regulations
7) Architecture and heritage
8) Knowledge of international architecture
9) Participation in an international architectural competition
Individual research
Throughout the year, students will be pursuing their own research with the help of the studio. A personal project will be presented at the end of the year for evaluation and certification.
Study trips to Europe
Field trip to Europe (France, Germany, Britain or Austria) to learn about outstanding foreign contemporary architecture and experimental sustainable architecture and urbanism. Encounters and exchanges with European architects and project managers. Study trip to international events or shows on architecture and sustainable building.
Class size : 15-20 Students
Duration : 1 Academic Year
2 semesters (or 3 to 4 semesters depending on the level of entry into the Masters Academy)
30 hours/week – Monday/Friday 10:00am-05:00pm (1 hour lunch). Schedules will be adjusted for international videoconferences.
Eligible students: minimum of 4 years of study or a masters in architecture. Admission via application.
Course objectives and achievements:
To allow each student to find his own way, domain of excellence and to improve shortcomings in other domains. At the end of the course after a minimum of one year of study, students will be fully qualified professionals.
2. Advanced Course in Sustainable Architecture
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals to improve their knowledge in sustainable urbanism and architecture.

Presentation of an internship dissertation for graduation from the Masters Academy.
Class size: 10-30 Students
Duration : 1 Year (minimum of a 10-day conference and half-day presentation of individual work and at least one study trip to Europe)
Eligible students: Professionals in architecture, project management and construction engineering. Selection based on CV and cover letter.
